3. Ordering process and payment
The ordering process on the cornersports.net website is as follows: You select the items you wish to order and add them to your cart. On the shopping cart page, you can then click on the “Proceed to checkout” button. In order to proceed with your order, you must log in or create an account on the cornersports online store. You will be asked to provide some contact information in order to process your order and you will be able to choose your delivery method among those proposed by Bpost or Mondial Relais by filling in the required information. You will be informed, before the final validation of your order, of all the delivery charges applicable to your order, if any. Your order will only be valid once you have provided this information, read and accepted the general terms and conditions of sale and successfully proceeded to the payment of your order by clicking on the order button accompanied by the mention “Pay”, this via the payment system of our service providers STRIPE and MOLLIE. The process of payment is completely protected. The order can be modified at any time before the final validation. Once the payment is done, you can print the details of your order and follow its status on your personal account. An acknowledgement of receipt will be sent to you automatically by email, including the details of your order. 4. Delivery
All goods and services are delivered to the address you indicate when ordering. In case the address you have indicated is incorrect, you will be responsible for this and may incur additional costs. Two delivery methods are possible via Bpost or Mondial Relais:

During the ordering process, you will be informed of the possible shipping costs. The supported risks will be transferred to you at the time of the effective delivery of the product to the address which you indicated. The products are delivered, as far as possible, within 2 to 10 working days after the validation of the order. We decline any responsibility for any indirect damage caused by the late delivery or the absence of delivery by Bpost or Mondial Relais. In this case, our liability remains limited to the value of the items that are proven not to have been received by the customer. Our shipments are always made at our risk. Therefore, you should not worry if goods are lost during the mailing process. However, if you return goods to us within 14 days of purchase because you do not wish to keep them, you are responsible for their transportation.

* In the case of a partial return against refunding, the expenses of delivery remain due, we refund only the amount of the turned over articles. * In the case of a complete return against reimbursement, we will reimburse the total amount of the order.
* If you wish to exchange an item, a coupon for the value of your item will be sent to you upon receipt of your return so that you can reorder. You will not be charged a new shipping fee if it is a partial return. The coupon can be used on any purchase of at least the value of the coupon

Any complaints, or compliments, can be sent to our customer service info@cornersports.net. We will endeavour to deal with your complaint within 5 working days of receipt. In the event that we are unable to provide an immediate resolution to your complaint, we will advise you of the likely time required to resolve the issue and will keep you informed of any investigation.
